Once a planner has decided on incorporating a massage component into a meeting or event, itís time to begin working closely with the massage coordinator, evaluating group needs, facility capabilities, time restrictions and budget restraints.

What to Expect for Corporate Chair massage

Reservations are preferred for corporate on-site massage of 3 hours or more.

Set Up - Your licensed massage professional will provide a high quality massage table, soft clean linens, music, lotion, and all the necessary tools to create a soothing and relaxing atmosphere.

Health History - For your safety and health, we ask you to fill out a brief health history form; this form will stay confidential.

Sign up sheet - A sign up sheet can be provided to you prior to the event. You will decide the length of the massages. 15 minute massages are the most common request, but 5, 10, 20 or 30 minute massages are also available.

Note - Massage Traveler is locally owned and operated. Unlike many nationwide onsite massage companies, Massage Traveler interviews all therapists in person (not over the phone or internet) with each therapist being required to pass a practical massage interview. All interviews are conducted by the owner who is a licensed massage therapist and who hand selects only the best. This ensures you have the best qualified therapist who, along with exceptional massage skills, is professional in demeanor and appearance. Experience the difference!

Cancellation policy

We all agree - time is very important. Please contact us at least 4 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel to avoid paying for the time we have reserved for you. For advanced bookings (special events and corporate on-site bookings), we require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation.
