What to Expect for Event Massage
Reservation - Reservations are preferred for special events massage of 3 hours or more. We will reserve your time with a credit card; however you may pay by cash after the massage.
Set Up - Your licensed massage professional will arrive 15 minutes early to set up. For table massage, the therapist will provide a high quality massage table, soft clean linens, music, lotion, and all the necessary tools to create a soothing and relaxing atmosphere. For chair massage, the therapist will provide a high quality massage chair, disposable face cradle covers, and music.
Health History - For your safety and health, we ask you to fill out a brief health history form; this form will stay confidential.
Sign up sheet - A sign up sheet can be provided to you prior to the event. You will decide the length of the massages. 15 minute massages are the most common request, but 5, 10, 20 or 30 minute massages are also available.
Draping - For chair massage, you will remained clothed. For table massage, you will be modestly covered by a sheet or towel at all times. You may undress to your comfort level or remain clothed. The massage can be modified to work through the sheets or clothing. Modest draping is required by law and all of our therapists adhere to all legal and ethical standards.
Privacy - Before and after the massage, the therapist will excuse himself or herself so that you may get on/off the table in private.
Note - We are open late for the added convenience of business travelers, vacationers and people working odd shifts. All of our therapists are professionally trained, licensed and insured. All massages are performed as defined by the Washington State Board of Massage. We do not perform sensual or sexual massage. The massage will be terminated immediately without refund due to inappropriate or sexual acting out behavior.

Once a planner has decided on incorporating a massage component into a meeting or event, itís time to begin working closely with the massage coordinator, evaluating group needs, facility capabilities, time restrictions and budget restraints.

We all agree - time is very important. Please contact us at least 4 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel to avoid paying for the time we have reserved for you. For advanced bookings (special events and corporate on-site bookings), we require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation.
